Photography, Year 1

Over the first year of photography I have learnt many different skills and developed in myself and the way I perceive and take my images. In photography I have learnt how to use the darkroom, how to thoroughly annotate images using semiotics and compositional bias and developed my editing whilst expressing my creativity. I have really enjoyed photography and enjoy putting my own spin on things. My favorite thing about photography is how I can express important issues in the world without even saying any words, only in the form of photography - ‘pictures speak louder than words.’
In my spare time I research into several issues in the world, study my three a level subjects, watch tv and often read.
In the year 2021 I am planning to apply to study Paramedic Science at UWE and graduate to pursue my career as a paramedic working in the South West.
